Macaroni = 250 Calories & 23 Carbs (Rounded up)
Veg = 50 Calories & 6 Carbs (Rounded up)
Total = 300 Calories & 29 Carbs.
Ingredients:
70ml Skimmed Milk
40ml Water
50g Lightest Philadelphia
25g Low Fat Grated Cheddar
50g Macaroni
1tsp Flour
Black Pepper
Spray Oil
100g Frozen Baby Carrots
50g Frozen Green Beans
Directions :
Place Macaroni in Water and bring to the Boil and then Simmer for 10-12 mins and sit to the side…
Spray Pot with Spray Oil and add Flour and let it cook for a minute or two on a medium heat
Mix Milk & Water together and add about half and stir well then add the other half while continuing to stir
Add Philadelphia, Black Pepper and 1/2 of the Grated Cheddar
Cook for about 4-6 minutes on a low-medium heat until it thickens
Take off heat and add your macaroni (simply to mix together)
Add to a small Oven safe dish and place the rest of the Grated Cheese on top, leave to cool then refrigerate.
When I was ready for my dinner I pre-heat Oven to 200
Place Macaroni dish in oven for about 28 minutes or until Cheese starts to go Brown
Veg was just Boiled in water for 6-7 minutes while the Macaroni was finishing and then I added some Black Pepper.
